René Esquea is a Dominican-born, Miami-based world champion dancer whose passion and precision have elevated him to the top of the global Latin dance scene. Trained for five years at the prestigious On2 Dance Company in the Dominican Republic, René later spent nine years as a standout performer with the iconic YAMULEE Dance Company. A certified Zumba instructor and dynamic choreographer, he now co-leads Miami’s R&B DANCE SCHOOL alongside Barbara Aquino. René is a master of Salsa On2/On1, Bachata, Merengue, and Urban Rhythms, and proudly holds a World Salsa Summit Champion title in ChaCha. His commitment to cultural authenticity and technical excellence makes him one of today’s most inspiring Latin dance figures.
Barbara Aquino
6-Time International Champion | Artistic Director
Barbara Aquino is a powerhouse Venezuelan dancer, choreographer, and educator redefining Latin dance in North America. With training from Venezuela’s renowned Imagen Latina school, Barbara went on to become a principal dancer for Yamulee Dance Company in New York (2018–2023), captivating audiences worldwide. As CEO of R&B DANCE SCHOOL in Miami and Artistic Director of "El Mundial Venezuela" by Karen & Ricardo, she’s known for fusing technique with soul across genres including Salsa On2/On1, Lady Styling, Bachata, Jazz, Contemporary, and Ballet. Barbara is a 5-time Venezuelan national champion and a 6-time international competition winner, mentoring dancers at all levels to express power, grace, and identity through movement.

Cristina Rosati is an cultural leader, salsa educator, producer, and founder of Salsa Worldwide. She has been recognized by the City of Miami as a Successful Woman Leader and for her contribution as a Creative Director, and continues to represent salsa as a powerful global force. Her mission is to make salsa a worldwide symbol of inclusion, empowerment, and artistic excellence.
